From there, it was smooth sailing and the team at Fusion was quick and so helpful the entire process. What we loved about the first service man that came out was that he was not pushing and trying to get us to buy a new unit, he explained what would happen if we kept having it serviced and we then decided we wanted to discuss options to purchase. Dom and Antwan respected my home and other outdoor equipment. They worked professionally, efficiently and carefully. Today, first thing this morning Dom and Antwan showed up with smiles and a new unit. He did a thorough inspection, showed me the problem(s) and with-in minutes we had a plan. Yesterday I identified an issue with a unit, Blake showed up two hours later with a smile. Fusion's response time hands down beats any competitor in the area. Their business model will gain them wide recognition and grow their company. I have kept a maintenance contract with them for all my equipment regardless if they installed it or not and they lend the same care across the board. I have had at separate times an entire HVAC unit and Mini Split installed by Fusion. Their values, ethics and morals are reflected in their customer service, quality work and equipment, and trustworthy employees and owners. Fusion is one of a few companies left who cares about you - the customer. I have been a customer for going on four years. And I plan to take advantage of the 'Fusion Family Plan' for future maintenance because of how awesome their employees are!!! Their prices for annual maintenance are also way more affordable than competitors, so do yourself a favor and call them:) read more So overall, I had an EXCELLENT experience with Fusion. She provided excellent customer service today and is always so upbeat and friendly. I also loved Amanda, who took my initial call and sent me a copy of the warranty I lost. But he did so in a way that wasn't pushy, so it felt more like getting good advice from a friend, rather than a sales pitch from someone trying to get more business. He also made a few suggestions for follow up services to avoid future issues and to improve the efficiency of my appliance. Seth (the technician who responded to the call) was very friendly and professional, he resolved the issue, AND he taught me a lot about things I can do myself to prevent future issues.which I really appreciated. To my surprise, they had a tech onsite within 2 hours (in August!). There was major leaking around my water heater and it was getting worse every time I ran the AC, so I called Fusion to schedule service. ![]()
